We have a Musculoskeletal Assessment Clinic on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning. Any patients with a musculoskeletal problem e.g. bones, joints or soft tissue injuries. You do not need to see a G.P prior to booking into the musculoskeletal clinic.
The Musculoskeletal Practitioner is able to prescribe medication, perform joint and soft tissue steroid injections, refer for appropriate investigations such as X-rays, MRI scans, Ultrasound scans and blood tests or for consultant opinion.
