Patients aged 75 years or over who would like an annual health check should make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse.

Vaccine update:

The Men ACWY Vaccine provides important protection.

Who is eligible for this vaccine:

All Teenagers born between September 1st 1998 and August 31st 1999
Anyone born on or after September 1st 1996 who missed their routine school vaccination. Students in years 9 and 10 can get the vaccine up until their 25th birthday
Students going to university or college for the first time who have not yet had the vaccine will remain eligible up to their 25th birthday.

Musculoskeletal Practitioner

We have a Musculoskeletal Assessment Clinic on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning. Any patients with a musculoskeletal problem e.g. bones, joints or soft tissue injuries. You do not need to see a G.P prior to booking into the musculoskeletal clinic.

The Musculoskeletal Practitioner is able to prescribe medication, perform joint and soft tissue steroid injections, refer for appropriate investigations such as X-rays, MRI scans, Ultrasound scans and blood tests or for consultant opinion.
